- Spot churn risk early by tracking trading patterns in Tableau and Salesforce; restructure fee arrangements ahead of renewal and pass client needs to the product team to shape what gets built.
- Bring client feedback into the business, coordinating across engineering, compliance and ops to sort out technical issues and close gaps in the product.
